Please note: the standard india post tracking number is provided on request. The inde post tracking system is not updated regularly, you can't get real-time updates on shipping (you don't get tracking updates after registering the item in most cases, so please be patient).

Unfortunately, once a package leaves India, the tracking number is no longer updated and it is literally out of our hands. It also depends on how long it takes at your country's customs office to process incoming packages. In rare cases, we have seen it take up to 70 days.

Also, please try to check your local post office and make sure it is not withheld for customs purposes. The supply chain service has no tracking number until it reaches the intermediate destination/country of dispatch. Fuel tanks, mudguards and other items, are shipped through the supply chain service, unless they are paid as a surcharge for a faster shipment.

More than 20kgs (volume weight) / 0.5 cbm (cubic metres), are sent only to your nearest international airport. You'll have to pick up the shipment at the airport. No door delivery facility available. We can also ship by sea to save on shipping costs.

If we do not receive a residential/office address within 3 days of the order, we will ship the item when it is ready to go to the indicated po box address, but in this case we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the item. We will however send the shipment when it is ready even if we do not receive the phone number. We are not responsible for the fees/penalties charged.
