The actual color/finish of the item may differ from the photos due to camera lighting. Cast metal parts may have casting defects, i. dings, dents, nicks, marks, and imperfections, and each is slightly different, etc. If you need modifications/customization, send us a message with all the information and we will respond. Please do not order before reading us. We also offer premium custom paintwork, hydrographics, electroluminescent paint, spray chrome, heat-sensitive paint, neon paint, glow in the dark paint, silver/gold leaf, pinstriping, etc. Quality of our products: Our products are made with the highest quality materials sourced from the top 10 companies worldwide and with processes including hand-lay-up as well as advanced processes including vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, scrimping, RTM, VARTM, LRTM, out of autoclave prepreg, silicone bagging, CCBM, most of which are used in the manufacturing of high-end racing, aircraft, and marine products. Our products are mainly used for show purposes and we are not responsible if something breaks/fails claiming human life or injuries during riding/installation (professional installation is always recommended).

We only work with tested top suppliers, but the parts are handcrafted, they are not subjected to a strict quality control system like mass-produced products. Buy and use at your own risk only. Please do not ask for a price reduction on the invoice for customs. We will not do it because it is illegal. No installation/instruction manual is provided with our products.

Mail response time: We receive about 150 messages per day and work personally with customers in our works. All orders are professionally packed in cardboard/metal boxes with padding to avoid damaging the item/s during shipping. Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves India, the tracking number is no longer updated and it is literally out of our hands. It also depends on how long it takes for your country's customs office to process incoming parcels. In rare cases, we have seen this take up to 70 days. Also, please try to check with your local post office and make sure it is not held for customs. The supply chain service has no tracking number until it reaches the destination shipping country/intermediate route. over 20 kg (volumetric weight) / 0.5 CBM (cubic meters), are sent only to your nearest international airport. You will need to pick up the shipment at the airport. No door delivery installation available. Please contact for more details on freight. Supply Chain Service - 15 to 25 days depending on the destination country. India Post - 10 to 70 days depending on the destination country and customs procedures. You may need to contact your local post office for updates. However, we will do our best to locate the lost shipment we need your patience to obtain any information.

Insurance can be added at an additional cost to claim loss (contact us for more details). Note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If we do not receive the residential/office address within 3 days of ordering, we will ship the item when it is ready to the given PO Box address but in this case we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item.

However, we will ship the shipment when ready even if we do not receive the phone number. Note: You must pay import duties in your country. It can range from 0% to 150% or more of the total cost depending on the country.

Please check with your import authorities for exact details. We are not responsible for any imposed duties/penalties.
