We only compensate the amount that the carrier offers us.

The buyer must keep all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect them. Do not refuse the shipment or return it without approval, or the buyer's right to make a damage claim may be denied.

All damages must be reported to the carrier and us within 1 business day. Confirm the address before shipping.

Please confirm your shipping address before shipping if you are using other payment methods. Once we ship the package, you cannot redirect or hold it for pickup or change the delivery address. The courier will return the package to us after several unsuccessful delivery attempts to the buyer, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. All our products are tested before shipping; if you receive a defective item, we will exchange it for a new replacement as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for return shipping costs, and please send it to our warehouse for exchange or refund. Please contact us immediately once you find that the products have a problem; we will NOT be responsible for any issues if you do not report them to us within 7 days of receipt. Once you receive the item, please open the box and check it carefully before allowing the delivery person to leave; if there is any damage, please ask the courier to mark "item arrived damaged" on the delivery sheet, then contact their post office to ensure, and also send us the delivery sheet along with relevant photos of the damage. We will open a claim for damages or losses with the courier company, but couriers will take about 14 to 28 days to investigate the case, so please be patient while waiting for the result. Once we have received the compensation, we will pass it on to you.

If there is a fit issue, please contact us. We will need you to send photos of the parts and show us what is wrong.

Also, a copy of the business license of the body shop performing the installation. If the parts are defective after reviewing the information you provided, we will exchange the other new replacement parts as soon as possible. All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments may be necessary. These are normal bodywork and installation steps.

Therefore, it is not considered defective. Carbon fiber products are handmade, and no item will be identical. Small imperfections such as wavering weaves, tiny bubbles, and clear peeling imperfections are inevitable. Photos are required to demonstrate true defects on products before return. All parts must be prepared and installed by a professional body shop experienced in working with fiberglass automotive parts, including but not limited to cutting, filling, sanding, and shaving.

Additional fees may be incurred for proper fitment. We disclaim any liability for injuries resulting from the customization of the buyer/owner's car, this is done at their own risk.
